Our olive groves are cultivated using the most advanced methods of organic farming, without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or chemical substances. Instead, we rely on organic fertilization and natural practices to enhance soil fertility, preserving a vibrant and balanced ecosystem.

In parallel, we apply biodynamic practices, aligning our farming calendar with the phases of the moon and the natural cycles of the Earth.

In this way, we strengthen the vitality of the trees and the power of the land, producing olive oil with high nutritional value and a unique energy.

Harvesting

The harvest is carried out by hand, with care and respect for the tree and especially for the fruit, ensuring it remains intact until pressing.

Within just a few hours of harvest, the olives are taken to a state-of-the-art organic mill, where cold extraction at low temperatures preserves all the natural aromas, polyphenols, and nutrients.

The resulting olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling, allowing natural sedimentation without filtration — so that no bioactive compounds are lost.
